How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your item and size, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at returns@lugalabco.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Where are your products made?
All our garments are crafted in Nepal by skilled artisans and trusted suppliers. We are proud to support Nepalese craftsmanship and bring authentic menswear to Australia.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers in Nepal who uphold fair labour practices and quality craftsmanship.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
